Notice: amp_is_available was called incorrectly. `amp_is_available()` (or `amp_is_request()`, formerly `is_amp_endpoint()`) was called too early and so it will not work properly. WordPress is currently doing the `pre_get_posts` hook. Calling this function before the `wp` action means it will not have access to `WP_Query` and the queried object to determine if it is an AMP response, thus neither the `amp_skip_post()` filter nor the AMP enabled toggle will be considered. It appears the theme with slug `publisher` is responsible; please contact the author. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. Aftab Shivdasani and family to stay in London till situation improves in India

Actor Aftab Shivdasani was looking forward to a busy 2021, with several projects lined-up . But, the second wave of pandemic played spoilsport for the actor, who is currently in London, UK, with his wife, Nin Dusanjh, and nine-month-old daughter, Nevaeh.

“I have been in London since the beginning of April. I was in Mumbai for a day as I was coming back from Mauritius (where he was shooting for his web series). Things here have opened up here,” shares the actor, who was excited to have started shoot for web show Special Ops 1.5.

On his plans of coming back to the country, the actor says that he will only do so when the things settle a bit and shoots resume.

“If we are shooting then, of course, I am going to come back. But since my wife and daughter are here, I need to keep shuttling. They will only come back when it is safe because I don’t want to bring them in this situation. It is not safe for them to travel,” Shivdasani shares.

0Noting how his schedule for the year has been massively affected, the 42-year-old says, “It’s been hard. Work obviously has come to a standstill. We were supposed to shoot in Mumbai in April and in May. The schedule has been pushed and now we are waiting to see what happens.”

The past year has been eventful for the actor — he welcomed his first child last August, and battled Covid-19 during the shoot for his web series Poison 2 in 2020. Shivdasani says the past one year has been a lot about adapting.

“We have made a lot of geographic changes in our lives, but that is the order of the day and in this unprecedented times, we have to manoeuvre ourselves according to it. I would ideally like to shoot when things settle down and the safety for the cast and crew is first. We have to ensure that it is a safe environment for everyone,” he concludes.
