Büro Group, a leading provider of shared office space in South Florida, has opened its seventh location and second in Miami Beach.

The new 12,000 square foot space is located on the top floor of a recently completed boutique retail and office building at 929 Alton Road in South Beach. The space features over 40 private offices of different sizes for teams of 1-10 people as well as stylishly designed common areas and meeting rooms.

According to Büro Founder and CEO Michael Feinstein, demand for workspace in South Florida – especially on more flexible terms like those offered by Büro – has increased steadily in recent months. “All our spaces are busy again which is great to see,” said Feinstein. “And we are very excited about our new Alton Road location. The building itself is a gem and we love the restaurants, cafes and neighborhood amenities in that section of the Beach.”

According to Feinstein over 25 local companies have already moved into Büro’s Alton Road space since it’s opening this summer. Membership pricing at Büro ranges from $250 per month for an open desk to $4,000 per month for a large 10-person Suite.
