CBSE 12th Chemistry Term 2 Exam 2022 analysis: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the term 2 Class 12 Chemistry paper today from 10:30 am and 12:30 pm. Also, Class 10 students wrote their Sanskrit paper today.

According to the students, who took the exam today, the Chemistry paper was moderately difficult. Though the paper was from NCERT but some questions asked were tricky.

According to Arpit Sharma, a student of the Little Flower Public School, Delhi, the paper was bit lengthy. “I have prepared well for the examination, still it took me time to solve the paper. I found part C question bit tricky. The case study question was not direct. Around half an hour was required to solve this question.”

When asked how many marks he is expecting in the paper, Arpit said he is hoping to score 30+ marks in the Chemistry paper.

“For me the numerical part of the question paper was moderately difficult. There were two questions on numericals, both the questions were bit difficult and time consuming, said Aayush Gattani of the same school.

“Part A of the question paper, having three questions of two marks each, was very easy. All the three questions were straight from the NCERT. There are total eight questions in part B of three marks each. Majority of the questions in this section were easy except the numericals,” said another student Vivek.

The Chemistry paper was of 35 marks, and divided in three sections – A, B, and C with 12 total questions. The students were giving 15 minutes for reading the question paper.

A total 14,54,370 students – 639202 females, 815162 males and 6 other candidates – are appearing for the CBSE term 2 exams which started from April 26 will concluded on June 15, 2022. The Class XII examination will be conducted for 51 days. The CBSE is conducting the Class 12th examination in 114 subjects. The term 2 exam is being conducted in 6,720 centres across the country.
