According to a recent report from a credible insider, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 will receive two different trailers, with the reveal trailer coming out before Summer Game Fest 2022.
After Call of Duty Vanguard‘s failure in meeting the financial expectations of Activision, now the company is fully focused on starting the marketing campaign for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, the sequel to the game that started a new era in the Call of Duty franchise by announcing Warzone.

The official teaser from Infinity Ward that revealed the logo for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 took the world by storm, and now fans can’t wait to see what the new Call of Duty looks like. But according to recent leaks, you don’t need to wait any longer than a few weeks!

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Reveal Trailer to Be Shared Before Summer Game Fest 2022
According to RalphValves, a well-known Call of Duty insider, Infinity Ward will share the next teaser for Modern Warfare 2 on June 2, then you can expect the official reveal trailer to arrive on June 8, sharing some details on the multiplayer, new engine, and new features of the game. Finally, the campaign trailer will be shared on June 9 during the Summer Game Fest.

Furthermore, the leaker claims that Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 will have a public Alpha test in August 2022, almost two months before the game’s speculated launch window which is said to be in October 2022.
It’s yet to be seen whether Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 will be available as a cross-generation title or ditch the older consoles, but previously we heard some rumors that Activision might drop PS4 and Xbox One when announcing Warzone 2, which is supposed to be based on Modern Warfare 2.
