While this post was removed a few minutes later, the official Crytek account on Twitter shared a brand new teaser that confirms Crysis 4 as the upcoming project from the German developers.
Crysis 4 Is Now Officially in the Works
Currently, Crytek is hiring for Crysis 4 in all its studios in Europe in a wide variety of positions. This new tease also seems more like a reason for people to join this company to be a part of this highly anticipated shooter experience.
The original trilogy of Crysis was published by Electronic Arts back in the time and has always been a graphical benchmark in addition to delivering high-quality content and gameplay experience.
Now that the remastered trilogy of Crysis is available on 8th and 9th gen consoles, it would be easier for players to get familiar with the series before jumping into the 4th iteration of the franchise.
It’s yet to be seen which company will publish Crysis 4 and when we can expect it to be available. But it doesn’t seem like a project that could out this year as there are many open positions for this game at Crytek at the moment.
We don’t know yet how the story would be continuing after the Crysis 3 conclusion and whether Earth would be the game’s main setup or not.
