It is simply a phishing attempt to steal your login ID and password. The moment you click on the link, you will be redirected to a login page of ICICI Bank. And if you enter your login credentials, the miscreants will be able to get hold of the same.
Note that all official ICICI Bank online banking and shopping websites have the “icicibank.com” domain name and all of the sites follow HTTPS protocol.
Delhi Police took to Twitter to reply to a journalist about the suspicious SMS that he had received and confirmed that it is a phishing scam.

Scammers often try to steal passwords by circulating fake messages over WhatsApp and emails as well. It is highly recommended that you always make sure that you open online banking websites by typing the correct URL on your own and avoid clicking on the links that you get on SMS or emails. Also, never reveal OTPs to anyone even if someone claims to be a bank employee.
Recently, the Delhi Police Cybercrime warned people about fraudulent links spreading through WhatsApp messages claiming to offer free access to video streaming apps like Amazon Prime video or Netflix. In the tweet, the Police has asked internet users not to click on such links as well as forward them to others on WhatsApp. It says that the links have been flagged as malicious by multiple antivirus engines and have been blocked.
