Notice: amp_is_available was called incorrectly. `amp_is_available()` (or `amp_is_request()`, formerly `is_amp_endpoint()`) was called too early and so it will not work properly. WordPress is currently doing the `pre_get_posts` hook. Calling this function before the `wp` action means it will not have access to `WP_Query` and the queried object to determine if it is an AMP response, thus neither the `amp_skip_post()` filter nor the AMP enabled toggle will be considered. It appears the theme with slug `publisher` is responsible; please contact the author. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. New York-based content management, delivery and distribution provider AudioSalad has launched a new music video delivery service called VideoSalad.

AudioSalad says that the new platform “aims to simplify music video distribution” and delivers short form music video in SD, HD and 4K formats to Apple, Spotify, Amazon, Vevo, TIDAL, Facebook and more,

VideoSalad also provides services to assist with video encoding, preparation and style guide compliance.

VideoSalad can act as both a delivery service, where rights holders have direct deal relationships with DSP’s, and as a distributor utilizing VideoSalad’s distribution deals.

Since its private launch last year, VideoSalad says that it has delivered thousands of videos for AudioSalad clients including ATO Records, Hopeless Records, Mad Decent, Mushroom Music Group, and more.

The service is now opening up to all wanting to place their video assets on DSP’s.

“With Digital Service Providers incorporating video more prominently into their offerings we wanted to build a viable service that allows rights holders to properly monetize their music video assets.”

Iain Catling, AudioSalad

AudioSalad CEO Iain Catling said: “Across our growing client base, we were surprised to find many choosing not to deliver music videos, due to the operational cost and complexity.

“With Digital Service Providers incorporating video more prominently into their offerings we wanted to build a viable service that allows rights holders to properly monetize their music video assets.”

“We are very excited about VideoSalad. As they always do, AudioSalad identified a growing need for their partners and created a great solution.”

Ian Harrison, Hopeless Records

Hopeless Records General Manager, Ian Harrison, added: “We are very excited about VideoSalad. As they always do, AudioSalad identified a growing need for their partners and created a great solution.
