Empson & Co Celebrates 50 Years of Exporting Fine Italian Wines to the US with an Exclusive Tasting in New York City

Boasting one of the most prestigious and sought-after Italian wine portfolios, Empson & Co, a leading Italian wine exporter, celebrates its 50th anniversary with its most historic partners. Among them are Poderi Einaudi and Conti Costanti, renowned producers of Barolo DOCG and Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, respectively.

Neil and Maria Empson established Empson & Co in 1972, determined to find premium quality producers throughout the boot-shaped peninsula. To pay homage to each of its historic partners, and to celebrate anniversaries of 30, 40, and 50 years of collaboration, Empson will host a Portfolio Tasting in New York City at Locanda Verde on October 17th, 2022.

Wine producers from the Empson portfolio will travel to New York, from Italy, to present their wines at the event – a symbol of their enduring relationships with the importing company. The list of wineries celebrating with Empson is as follows:
