Etihad Airways plans to add a second daily service between Abu Dhabi and Manila, Philippines, beginning Oct. 30, the carrier announced Wednesday. Both daily frequencies will be operated on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The combined flights will offer 450,000 seats annually between the cities, according to the company.
