“Home for the Holidays Extravaganza!” Slated for December Opening in Duncan

The hustle and bustle of Christmas is once again upon us. This November and December, Duncan will proudly host a number of festive events to suit those looking for the next best Christmas present, as well as those who want an evening of feel good fun at a live theatre production.

On November 20, Main Street Duncan merchants will host the 2021 Holiday Stroll from 5:00-8:00 PM. This annual event kicks-off the holiday shopping season across downtown Duncan and visitors certainly won’t want to miss this special time. In addition to the great deals, discounts, and new merchandise in the local stores, merchants will have stores offering gift with purchase, chances to win giveaways, and more! On Saturday, November 27, visit downtown Duncan for the nationwide Small Business Saturday. Main Street Duncan kick off this event with donuts and drinks. Participating stores will have donuts and beverages available for customers first come, first serve. This event is hosted by individual stores so hours may vary. In addition to the fabulous stores downtown, the Palace Theater and restaurants will have their own specials and fun things for all ages. Visit Duncan to shop local and support local businesses!

The following weekend, catch Duncan Little Theatre as they present “Home for the Holidays”. This original production will feature songs and scenes from your favorite holiday shows. Each performance will feature special guest performers, making each show fresh and exciting. Mark your calendars now for this special holiday extravaganza to celebrate DLT’s 40th anniversary! Performances will be held at 7:30 PM nightly on Dec 2, 3, and 4, as well as a matinee beginning at 2:00 PM on Dec 5. All performances will be held at the Simmons Center, located at 800 Chisholm Trail Parkway in Duncan. Tickets per show are $15/Adult, $10/Senior/Military/Student.
