How to register and book Covid-19 vaccine appointment – Times of India
Even though the total daily active case has gone down by a significant margin, India still has a long way to go to control the coronavirus spread.
The government of India has already started the Covid-19 vaccination drive for everyone who is 18 years old or above and according to the figures claimed by the Indian government over 22 crore people have been vaccinated. Still, a lot of people are due for the vaccination.

Things you’ll need to register for Covid-19 vaccine
An active mobile number with SMS serviceWorking internet connectionAny government ID proof like Aadhaar Card, PAN card, Passport, Driving license, Voter ID card, etc.
Step 1: Register on the Cowin website
To do this, open the Cowin website by visiting www.cowin.gov.in from any browser, enter an active mobile number and verify it by entering the OTP received.
Step 2: Register yourself for vaccination
On the next page after the Cowin registration, enter necessary details like photo ID type, name, DOB, etc and hit the Register button.
As a part of confirmation, an SMS will be sent to your phone number with registration details.
Step 3: Book an appointment
After registration, click on the Schedule button. Now, enter your location details like PIN or district to locate the nearest vaccination centre. From the vaccination centre list, look for the available slot based on your age and then select a time slot.
Once everything is done, click Confirm button to book the slot.
