Huawei P50 Pro, Huawei P50 with Harmony OS, 50MP main camera launched in China: Price, specs and more – Times of India

Huawei P50 series is official. The Chinese consumer technology giant has launched two handsets — Huawei P50 and Huawei P50 Pro — as part of the series. The USP of the Huawei P50 series smartphones is that they run on the company’s own mobile operating system, Harmony OS. Other than that, it has top of the line specs.

The Huawei P50 Pro comes in two variants in terms of the chipset. The handset can be purchased with either a Snapdragon 888 4G SoC or with a Kirin 9000 SoC. The Huawei P50 only comes with Snapdragon 888 4G SoC only.

The P50 Pro will go on sale in China on August 12 and the P50 will go on sale in September.

Huawei P50 Pro specs

The Huawei P50 Pro offers a 6.6-inch OLED curved FHD+ display (2400x1080p resolution) with 120Hz refresh rate.
For imaging duties, the Huawei P50 Pro has a quad-camera setup. This includes a 50MP main sensor, a 40MP monochrome sensor, a 13MP ultrawide angle camera, and a 64MP telephoto camera. On the front, there is a 13MP ultra-wide sensor.
Backed by a 4360mAh battery, the handset offers 66W charging support via USB cable and 50W through wireless charging.

Huawei P50 specs

The Huawei P50 offers a 6.5-inch OLED display of fullHD+ (2400x1080p) resolution with 90Hz refresh rate. The handset has a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP primary, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle, and a 12MP telephoto sensor with OIS stabilisation. On the front, there is a 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera.
Backed by a 4100mAh battery, the handset comes with 66W charging support via USB cable and 50W through wireless charging.
