NEW DELHI: The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) has postponed the Foundation, Intermediate and Final Course examination due to the Covid-19 induced lockdown in several states.
The ICMAI, in a release said, “In view of the present acute pandemic situation arising out of the spread of Covid-19, it is hereby notified for information of all concerned that the dates of conducting June, 2021 term of Examinations of the Institute are being rescheduled.”
According to the release the rescheduled time table for Foundation, Intermediate, and Final Course of June, 2021 examinations will be announced later.
It may be noted that the candidates, who have already applied, will be entitled to appear in the rescheduled examination and the candidates, who could not apply will be allowed to submit online examination application form for the rescheduled examination soon.
Earlier, the Council has exempted students from completing all types of training before appearing CMA Intermediate/ Final examinations only for June 2021 Term of Examinations due to the pandemic situation arising out of spread of Covid-19.
Meanwhile, more than 360 Cost Accountants are placed during Phase-I of CMA Campus Placement Drive – May 2021 which is all time Campus Placement Record of the Institute.
