No more Blue Screen of Death? Windows 10 update could fix Microsoft’s biggest problem

However, as Techradar has reported, a future update pencilled to launch in 2021 could seriously reduce the amount of crashes Windows 10 users are hit with on a weekly basis.

Dubbed Sun Valley, this future upgrade is set to launch in the second half of this year and will bring the biggest redesign to the Windows 10 desktop operating system since it launched back in 2015.

As well as a shiny new lick of paint, it will also change the way drivers work in the background of Microsoft’s operating system. With the Sun Valley update, Microsoft is reportedly looking to move third-party drivers into an isolated folder on a user’s device.

While this may not sound like a headline change on paper, it could have major benefits to Windows 10 users.
