NSE-BSE bulk deals: Barring Private Equity sells 5.5% stake in Coforge

MUMBAI: Hulst BV, a company affiliated to Baring Private Equity Asia, today sold 5.5 per cent stake in at Rs. 4,738.7 apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

Prior to the transaction, Hulst BV held 55.73 per cent stake in the midcap information technology company.

In another transaction, Nomura India Mother Fund bought 350,000 shares of Coforge at Rs. 4,710 apiece through a bulk deal on the NSE.

Meanwhile, Cobra India Fund sold 311,595 shares of at Rs. 86.5 apiece through a bulk deal on the NSE.

Both the NSE and BSE had not updated the block deals data on their respective websites at the time of publishing.
