NSE-BSE bulk deals: BofA Securities buys stake in IndusInd Bank

MUMBAI: BofA Securities Europe today bought 3.6 million shares at Rs. 1,006 per share through a block deal on BSE.

On the other side of the deal, UBS Principal Capital Asia sold 3.6 million shares of the private sector lender in the block deal.

Meanwhile, Porinju Veliyath bought 124,000 shares of Iris Business Services at Rs. 102.4 apiece through a bulk deal on BSE.

Nomura Singapore sold 1.25 million shares of at Rs. 13.1 per share through a bulk deal on NSE.

for a second straight day through a bulk deal on NSE.
