NSE-BSE bulk deals: KKR Mauritius sells stake in Coffee Day Enterprises

MUMBAI: KKR Mauritius today offloaded 2.45 million shares of at Rs. 25.5 apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

Prior to the transaction, KKR Mauritius held 12.82 million shares or 6.07 per cent stake in the Café Coffee Day chain owner.

In another transaction, Nomura Singapore bought 705,000 shares of Vishal Fabrics at Rs. 112.25 per share through a bulk deal on the NSE.

Both the NSE and BSE had not updated the block deals data on their respective websites at the time of publishing.
