OnePlus recently launched its new smartphone under the OnePlus 10 series. It appears that now the company is all set to launch a new smartphone under the OnePlus 10 series. According to an online report, OnePlus is working on a new smartphone likely to be called OnePlus 10. The smartphone is expected to be codenamed ‘Project Ovaltine’. It is said to be powered by a Qualcomm processor and sport a triple rear camera.
According to tipster Yogesh Brar, OnePlus is said to be working on a vanilla OnePlus 10 variant which has been codenamed as ‘Project Ovaltine’. The smartphone is tipped to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. The tipster has not yet revealed any other information about the upcoming smartphone.
OnePlus 10 specifications
Some of the previous leaks suggest that the OnePlus 10 is expected to run Android 12 operating system topped with the company’s own layer OxygenOS 12. The smartphone is said to feature a 6.7-inch full HD+ AMOLED display. The handset is rumoured to offer variable refresh rate.
OnePlus 10 is expected to come in two RAM and stoarge variants — 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. The yet-to-launch OnePlus smartphone is likely to sport a triple rear camera with 50MP main sensor, 16MP ultra-wide lens and 2MP macro camera. Front is home to a 32MP selfie camera.
The smartphone may house a 4,800 mAh battery with 150W fast charging support. The smartphone is also said to ditch the famous OnePlus slider button. Rumours suggest that the company may launch the smartphone in the second half of 2022.
