OnePlus launched a new budget phone a few days ago which is the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite. The Nord CE 3 Lite comes with decent specifications and is powered by a Snapdragon 695 processor out of the box. We are comparing this new OnePlus budget phone to the Redmi Note 12 5G which was launched in March.

OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite comes with a very neat design, with two big camera rings on the back. On the back, there is no design or pattern except a solid colour such as; Pastel Lime Chromatic Gray. It has a plastic body and the plastic frame weighs 195 grams and is 8.3mm thick.
On the other hand, the Redmi Note 12 comes in three colour options that are Frosted Green, Matte Black, and Mystique Blue. OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G processor paired with 8GB RAM and storage of up to 256GB. It runs on OxygenOS 13.1 based on Android 13 OS. The Nord CE 3 Lite packs a 5000mAh battery with 67-watt fast charging support.
On the other hand, Redmi Note 12 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The Redmi Note 12 runs on MIUI 12 operating system. It is packed with a 5000mAh battery with 33-watt fast charging support.

In terms of camera, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite comes with a triple camera setup holding a 108-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, it has a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.
The Redmi Note 12 also comes with a triple camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro lens. It has a 13-megapixel front-facing camera.

OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite is available on Amazon at a starting price of ₹19,999, whereas the Redmi Note 12 can be bought from Amazon at a starting price of ₹17,999.
