It gives me a sense of freedom. There are a few quaint lanes around Bandra where I go cycling early in the morning and I enjoy it. It is sure a healthy activity. Cycling is great for fitness, as it really increases our muscle strength, decreases stress levels, strengthens our bones, and much more.”
