PUBG MOBILE: PUBG’s India comeback: Battlegrounds Mobile teases Sanhok map – Times of India

After the news of PUBG Mobile making a comeback to India with a new name “Battlegrounds Mobile” has been confirmed and the social media pages for the game have become active, another information has been teased through a poster on the game’s official Facebook page. Battlegrounds Mobile India has shown a part of what looks like to be the Ban Tai location of the verdant Sanhok map of PUBG Mobile. The smallest of all the maps in PUBG Mobile, the map is known for the intense firefights and a lot of natural camouflage options.
Krafton, the publisher of Battlegrounds Mobile India, has not revealed a release date for the map, let alone the release date of the game. So, has the entire game been revamped or just a part of it? And have all the iconic locations in the maps, which PUBG Mobile veterans know like the back of their hand, been changed? And how many maps are going to be in the game? Will Battlegrounds Mobile start with the small Sanhok map and later introduce Erangel and Miramar? Nothing has been made clear on this. It is highly likely that only some of the locations are changed in the old maps and a new map, based on the Indian terrain, is introduced in the game. The major part of the game is expected to be like PUBG Mobile only.
All that we know for now is that the game is “coming soon”. To play the game, however, you would have to register first. According to the updated privacy policy of Battlegrounds Mobile in India, you would need the consent of parents to play if you are under 18 years of age. For this, a player would have to share the phone number of the parent with Krafton.
