Redmi is set to expand its smart TV range in India today. The company will introduce 32-inch and 43-inch screen models under Redmi TV series. It has scheduled an online event at 12 pm to unveil the new smart TV variants.
The company currently offers two smart TVs under the Redmi Smart TV X series. It consists of 55-inch and 65-inch screen variants priced at Rs 38,999 and Rs 62,999, respectively.

Redmi Smart TV: Expected specs
Xiaomi has created a microsite of the upcoming TV models on its website. The website reveals that the Redmi smart TVs will be equipped with Patchwall 4 based on Android 11 operating system. It will also feature IMDb ratings for shows and movies.
The TVs will offer dual band Wi-Fi along with Bluetooth 5.0 and Auto low latency mode for connectivity. Another feature revealed by the listing page is that the TVs will come with a 20 watt speaker. It will sport Dolby Audio and DTS Virtual support.
The Redmi smart TV series will consist of two screen models- 32-inch and 43-inch. The display will be equipped with Vivid Picture Engine technology.
