Samsung Galaxy A53 5G shows up in leaked official renders; new Exynos chip expected inside | Digit

Like the Galaxy A52, the A53 is also expected to show a 6.5-inch 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED on the front. Its Infinity-O hole is likely to house a 32MP sensor.

The Galaxy A series is known to do good business for Samsung and so when official images of its forthcoming Galaxy A53 5G leak, you’d wanna know what’s in store. This successor to last year’s Galaxy A52 appears to have some design changes as well as some spec bumps. At least, that’s what we learn from the leaks and rumours in circulation. The fresh dump of these alleged Samsung Galaxy A53 renders come from the German website WinFuture. These fall in line with the leaked Galaxy A53 5G renders we had shared some time back.

The device has come up in White and Black colour schemes. The whole triple camera set up by the back and central camera cutout on the front share a semblance to its antecedent. However, the internal reality might be different. So, let’s walk through what we know so far about it.

Like the Galaxy A52, the A53 is also expected to show a 6.5-inch 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED on the front. Its Infinity-O hole is likely to house a 32MP sensor.

As for the back, the camera stack could feature a 64MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide clicker a 5MP macro shooter, and yet another 5MP camera for depth sensing. The bumps seem to have a smoother concave finish.

Going under the hood, the phone may have an Exynos 1200 processor with two performance cores running at 2.4GHz and six cores clocked at up to 1.8GHz speeds. This may be bolstered by 6/8GB of RAM. The storage choices may start from 128gigs along with an expansion option.

The rumored battery size is 5,000mAh with 25W supported charging speed. And finally, since the company is already rolling out Android 12 based One UI 4 to several Galaxy A-series phones in certain markets, this device could boot with the same. Let’s see.

Samsung Galaxy A53 5G Price and Availability (expected)

It is expected that Samsung Galaxy A53 could hit the European market at a starting price of €460 (~₹39,390) for the base 6+128GB variant.
