Samsung Galaxy M33 5G with Exynos 1280 SoC to launch in India soon – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Samsung launched the Galaxy M33 5G smartphone in Europe earlier this month. The South Korean smartphone maker is now all set to launch the smartphone in India. The company has started teasing the launch of Galaxy M33 5G smartphone in India on Amazon. The company has not yet revealed a specific launch date as the invite comes with a coming soon tag.
The upcoming Samsung Galaxy M-series smartphone is said to be powered by the company’s own Exynos 1280 processor. This will be the second Samsung smartphone to be powered by Exynos 1280 chipset. Recently, the smartphone maker launched the Galaxy A53 5G smartphone in India powered by Exynos 1280 chipset. It is also expected that the smartphone will not come with a charger in the box.
Samsung Galaxy M33 5G specifications
Samsung Galaxy M33 5G sports a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with 1080×2408 pixel resolution. The display offers 120Hz refresh rate.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Exynos 1280 chipset paired with 6GB/8GB of RAM. Samsung Galaxy M33 5G offers 128GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 1TB by adding a microSD card.
The dual SIM smartphone runs Android 12 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of One UI 4.1. Samsung Galaxy M33 5G comes equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.
For imaging duties, Samsung Galaxy M33 5G features a quad-rear camera setup. The rear camera comprises 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, 5MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture, 2MP depth and 2MP macro shooter. For selfies the smartphone offers an 8MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture.
