Sbi: SBI reportedly facing outage, users not able to use banking services – Times of India

Some SBI users have complained that the bank’s server is not responding. The outage tracking website, Downdetector has also reported that the SBI is having issues since 1.11 pm IST.
“User reports indicate State Bank of India (SBI) has been having problems since 1:11 PM IST. http://downdetector.in/status/state-bank-of-india-sbi/ RT if you’re also having problems #StateBankofIndia(SBI)down,” tweeted Downdectector. The website reveals that 45% users are facing issues with mobile banking, 44% are having issues with 44% and 11% are not able to login online.

However, SBI has not yet acknowledged the issue and have also not released any statement of the same.
Last week also SBI faced an outage when users complained that they are not able to access banking services like UPI, YONO app and more. Repeated messages that the device is unable to connect to the server were received by users of the Yono mobile app, while individuals attempting to access the website received a notification stating that the bank’s servers were unresponsive to connection attempts.
Users also took to Twitter to complain about the SBI service outage.
With 5.75 crore registered users of its mobile banking app, SBI is the largest provider of digital banking services in the country. Furthermore, the app is used by over 21,000 individuals daily to open savings accounts.
