Three Mobile rivals BT, Sky and Virgin with £17 broadband – just be aware of one big catch

The UK network might be famed for beaming data to your phone but it also supplies the web to homes with it now taking aim at rivals such as BT, Virgin and Sky with some very cheap internet access. In fact, things have been dropped to as little as £17 per month making it one of the most affordable options on the market right now.

Three says its broadband deals will run from this week until the end of March with all of its plans featuring unlimited data.

4G HUB (12-month contract) • NOW £20 per month saving £60

5G HUB (24-month contract) • NOW £24 per month saving £120

5G HUB (12-month contract) • NOW £29 per month saving £60

If you’re lucky enough to have 5G in your area then Three is promising speeds of around 100Mbps which is almost double the UK average.

You will have to pay more for the 5G Hub but it’s worth considering if 5G has made it to your street.

One final thing to note is that because you connect to the we via a mobile network there’s no need for an engineer visit or installation.

If you’re happy with all of that then this is a cheap way to access the web right now just be aware of the catch as if your Three signal is poor as your broadband will also then suffer.
