Travelport Plus Signs GDS Agreement with US-Bangla Airlines | Business Travel News

Bangladeshi carrier US-Bangla Airlines will distribute its
content on Travelport Plus via a new agreement with the global distribution
system, Travelport announced. The agreement is the first GDS agreement for the
Dhaka-based carrier, the largest privately owned carrier in Bangladesh that plans
“ambition growth,” according to Sue Carter, Travelport head of air
partners in the Asia/Pacific region. Travelport launched Travelport Plus last
year as its eventual sole GDS platform, replacing Apollo, Galileo and
Worldspan.
