Val Pensa promoted to Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing, at RCA Records – Music Business Worldwide

Val Pensa has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing, at RCA Records.

Pensa’s promotion follows the recent news that Carolyn Williams has been appointed to the newly created role of Executive Vice President at RCA Records.

In her new role, Pensa will oversee the entire marketing department and will continue to be the marketing lead for several RCA artists.

Pensa was formerly the Senior Vice President, Pop/Rock Marketing at RCA Records, and has overseen a series of campaigns for artists including Doja Cat, P!NK, Becky G, Kygo, Pentatonix and Cam.

Doja Cat’s Top 5 album PLANET HER  has surpassed 1 billion streams on Spotify.

Pensa also led the team on P!NK’s recent live project All I Know So Far: Setlist and documentary P!NK: All I Know So Far, as well as Becky G’s current single Fulanito with El Alfa, which has over 65 million streams globally.

Meanwhile, she also spearheaded marketing campaigns for DJ/producer Kygo and his new track Love Me Now ft. Zoe Wees, Cam’s recent single Till There’s Nothing Left and Elle King and Miranda Lambert’s Drunk (And I Don’t Wanna Go Home).
