According to Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom, Vivo Y16 is said to be priced at Rs 12,499. The smartphone maker has already launched the smartphone globally and it is expected to bring the same variant in the Indian market.

Vivo Y16 specifications
Vivo Y16 comes with a 6.51-inch HD+ display with 720×1600 pixel resolution. The smartphone runs Android 12 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of FunTouch OS 12.
The budget smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM. The smartphone also comes with virtual RAM support and offers 128GB internal storage which can be expanded further via microSD card.
Vivo Y16 sports a dual rear camera which consists of 13MP main sensor and 2MP macro camera. Front is home to a 5MP selfie camera.
Vivo Y16 is backed by a 5000 mAh battery and it comes in two colour options — Drizzling Gold and Stellar Black.
