Chandigarh, December 4

Busy promoting her upcoming film Atrani Re, Sara Ali Khan in her latest Instagram reel shakes a leg with Madhuri Dixit. The two can be seen dancing to the song Chaka Chak from the film, Atrangi Re. But there’s a lovely twist to the song. In sync with each other, the two first do the signature step from Madhuri’s song ‘Channe Ke Khet Mein’ and then the hook step of ‘Chaka Chak’. Sara Ali Khan in her caption thanks Madhuri for the occasion. Calling Madhuri her inspiration, she wrote, “Chane ke khet mein Chakachak kiya. Poori umar Madhuri Dixit ma’am ne inspiration diya aur ab unke saath dance karke khush hua mera jiya. Thank you so much ma’am for being so graceful and gracious.”

Sara also danced to the track with Ananya Panday. Sharing a video of the same, Sara said, “Chakachak girls. Thumka and Twirls. Dearest AP quickly learns and Rinku’s love and gratitude she immediately earns.”

Chaka Chak is the first released song from the much-awaited film ‘Atrangi Re’ that features Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush. The song is sung by Shreya Ghoshal and the music has been composed by AR Rahman. With catchy beats and peppy dance moves, the song has been going viral since its release.

Directed by Aanand L Rai, Atrangi Re is the second collaboration between the director and Dhanush. Their first was Ranjhanaa in 2013. It is also the first time that Akshay and Sara have worked together. The film has been produced by Bhushan Kumar, Colour Yellow Productions and Cape of Good Films. It is scheduled to release on December 24 and will stream on Disney+Hotstar.
