Wildlife expert identify possible conflict zone – Times of India

A wildlife expert has identified possible conflict zones along the sloth bear habitat. These areas are in Chotta Udepur, Godhara, Dahod, Jessore and Balaram Ambaji Wildlife Sanctuary. Nishith Dharaiya, associate professor of life sciences at Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, who has been studying sloth bear behaviour said, “Potential conflict zones were identified using secondary data and other habitat features, climatic conditions and sloth bear attack patterns.
